Tunnel Hill is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tunnel Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I don't recommend it, I called them to help me to remove the ABS valve from Air Tank from the trailer, Actually I removed all Air Lines and Electrical Lines, they just removed the ABS valve from the air tank, and plug a new one ( I had my own new valve ) And I connected back all Air/ Electric Lines... They charged me at the end 357$ just to unplug and plug in the valve, charged me for like they did full job, but I did more for the half of job. NOT Recommend . Bad experience 😡😡😡 And actually they are not on this address, theirs location now are in Chattanooga. Bad service...👎👎👎

Called them after-hours for a tire repair. Said they have good used tire, trusted them, while they put on absolutely damaged tire with a hole in it right by the edge of tire. Was driving with a flat tire, thanks to these guys, until I checked next day. Absolutely DO NOT trust them. Obviously they knew what they were doing. P.S. As of right now, I messaged them for a refund and gave them opportunity to settle it. Still waiting for their response.

Making me wait due to wrong truck. Charging me full rate knowing I waited way longer, the girl lying to me, I will never use you ever again. You wouldn't even discount me at all due to your incompetent workers says it all. Didnt even look at the truck or trailer number. Then tried to change my tire without my knowledge of it. All i needed was air. Have a good day.

The most considerate people I've ever encountered. The owner even brought me and my dog breakfast. They were the most honest people I have ever met while being broke down. Great prices and didn't overcharge like most businesses do. Anytime I'm in this area delivering I won't use anyone else but them. The owners name is holly and I promise you won't regret using them.
